PHOTO ABOVE: (click to enlarge) Falcon porno flick review in a 1975 The Advocate newspaper and a print advertisement for the 200 foot reel (about ten minute long) of 8mm color movie film "Allen" featuring the quintessential jock strap pose. Both middle and high school gym teachers required male students to wear jock straps in the 1960s and so many gay men of that era eroticized locker room scenes of straight-looking male athletes wearing jock straps.

Today, gay publications are rejecting such ads to attract more profitable Fortune 500 Company advertising and to please lesbian readers who hate looking at gay men showing off.
